Overview

This listing is for a fun budget deck for the casual commander player.  Get a bunch of merfolk into play, then use your commander to start drawing cards, swinging for unblockable damage and putting +1/+1 counters on all your creatures!  Below is a complete decklist broken down by card function so you can get a closer look.
