Lovely Modernist Solid Silver Tube & Black Silicone  Necklace  & Amber Pendant

The silver tube is solid silver and is marked on the clasp

The amber pendant I don't think to be silver, is not marked  and is not shine like silver is  but they fit together in my opinion.
