This is a Vintage Finger Nail File In A Plastic Advertising Cylinder. It is advertising for Weaver Trailer & Body Inc., in Cleveland. The nail file blade and overall case show little to no wear form use.
Features:
1. The file blade is approximately 2" long
2. The overall size of the cylinder is 3-3/8" long X 3/8" Diameter
3. The cylinder is made from early plastic - looking at the address you will see that it is before zip codes, and looking at the phone number it is before area codes and it has only 6 digits in the number
4. No box is supplied
5. The cylinder case plastic is not broken, chipped, or cracked, the overall file and case seem to be nearly unused; noneof the lettering is faded, it's almost like it had been given out by Warren Wamberg just yesterday.
Note: The file and case has been wiped down with a clean, soft, dry cloth only and we did not attempt to remove any patina, cleaning will be left to the purchaser. The file appears to be unused; the case doesn't even show any minor wear marks from being handled or carried with other items, no real damage. Any defects we noticed were listed, but we do not assign a level of condition. This is a great piece of advertising memorability from quite some time ago. It would be just right for a collector of advertising items or historical personal care items.
