Weatherproofing system: Sealed twist lock effectively prevent water, sand and dust from entering the locks and tubes, in this way extending the longevity of the tripod.  Excellent stability.  Light weight and strong carbon fiber leg tubes, the friction tube ships between leg sections are as long as 40mm maximizing isolation and mainly rigidity of the joints of fully extended legs.  Threaded connector between the carbon fiber tube and metal part with thread lock to effectively prevent loosening up after long time use.

Stable joint structure.  The innovative design of an anti-twisting inclined surface between the inner connecting part of the legs and screw, effectively prevents loosening up of the tripod legs from the apex due to frequent use.  No need to tighten repeatedly.   New design counter weight hook/hook cross bar on center column/under the apex allows to hand your bag or backpack to further stabilize the tripod in windy conditions.
