Lock-It Straps poly pro series. All straps are 2" wide polypropylene material and adorned with the patented and brilliant Lock-It strap locking system. No Guitar mods and a minimalist design sewn into a top class leather end. Straps extend to an extra long 62" in max length.

Shipping

We ship orders via FedEx, UPS and USPS. If your item qualifies for free shipping we will choose the most cost efficient way to transport the package to you. If costs are close, we will ship the fastest way possible, even if it costs us a little more to do so. If you require expedited shipping you are welcome to contact us for a shipping quote. Please be aware that some items of higher value will require signature verification.

Payment Information

PayPal is our preferred payment method, it's the most secure pay method accepted all over the world. PayPal can accept most major credit cards, checking and savings account withdraws. As soon as the payment is cleared, we will ship your item. You also have an opportunity to pay us by debit or cash in our walk in store. Please message us right away with any payment questions.

Returns

We offer a generous 30 day return policy. If you aren't satisfied with an item, simply return it in it's original box and packaging. Items showing wear or that have been changed or altered in any way cannot be returned. Items must contain all original packaging, manuals, tags, warranties and accessories or your return may be subject to a return handling fee. Please contact us for detailed return handing charges. Your refund will be promptly returned after a thorough inspection. There is also a 20% restocking fee on all returns.

International Buyers
Import duties, taxes and other charges related to international purchases are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to learn what these additional costs will be prior to buying or bidding on an item.

Returns Exceptions

There are no returns on clearance, discontinued, vintage or demo items.

Additionally, the following items are returnable only if defective or unopened-

strings, reeds, tubes, ear buds, earplugs, recorders, tin whistles, any wind instruments, harmonicas, raw-frame speakers, drum heads, drumsticks, fog fluid, clothing, print music, cleaners, polishers, books. Cd's, DVD's, and video's may be returned for credit only, if they are in the original, sealed packaging.

ALL returned woodwind and brass instruments incur a $15.00 sanitation fee. Returned mouthpieces incur a $8.00 sanitation fee. Stringed instruments must be returned within 10 days. In the event that the product is not in the same condition as you received it, you may be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, repair charge or disqualification.
