Product Information

Most of our items are used unless otherwise stated. Condition is our opinion only; all pertinent questions should be asked prior to bidding. Normal wear and tear is to be expected. We inspect each item we sell and do our best to provide an accurate description noting any flaws.  When possible, items are tested to ensure they are in good working condition.  If there is an issue with your item, please contact us first. We will work diligently to resolve the problem.

Payment Terms

We accept payments through PayPal only. Please verify your address on your eBay and PayPal accounts are correct.  Payment: Payment is due within 5 days of the auction’s end. If you cannot pay by the end of those 5 days, please contact us so that we will not file you as a “non-pay” bidder.

Shipping Terms

We do not ship directly outside the US. International Customers: please note that all items ship to the eBay U.S. Shipping Center where they then ship your item to you. 

Safety

To avoid personal injury, follow all equipment operation & safety procedures outlined in the Manufacturers Service Manual. Additional information, instructions, maintenance and safety requirements can also be found on the Internet. Lastly, please re-inspect product upon receipt, for possible damage during transit. All statements regarding products and their configurations are made to the best of our ability and with the assumption that the buyer is knowledgeable and proficient in the use of this type of equipment.

Disclaimer

Buyer acknowledges and agrees (I) Buyer shall indemnify and hold Seller harmless from all claims, causes of action, costs and expenses arising out of the purchase and use of the materials and equipment without exception. (II). Limitation of Liability. Seller shall not be liable to Buyer for any incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages based upon, rising out of or caused by the sale, use of subject component, material or equipment.
