This is an actual authentic strand of hair from singer Justin Bieber. I collect hair locks from celebrities and Justin is part of my collection. I am only selling this piece of strand from serval strands of his hair in my collection. The hair is part of a lock of hair that was obtained from an auction where Justin donated a lock of his hair for charity. Very rare! Truly a collectible! The hair strand measures approximately an inch and is adhered to a 8x10 photo display. A copy scan of the original certificate will be included as shown.

A copy scan of the certificate/provenance is provided as I own the original certificate/provenance paper acquiring the larger pieces.  Smaller pieces from the collection of my larger pieces were used to make these photo displays, each containing authentic pieces.  Therefore, copy scans of certificate/provenance are provided as shown on the listing's images.  It would be impossible to provide the original certificate/provenance papers to every buyer.  Note, as per eBay policy, all hair comes from the scalp of said individual.
