VW T4 T5 T6  Campervan Complete Wiring kit 240V 230V 12V Electric Kit

This kit is designed so you have everything needed to wire your campervan and includes the following 

1 x Full in depth wiring diagram printed in a3 so it is easy to understand and read. This is for both the 12 v side and the 230v side of the installation. 

1 x Fuseboard with a 30mA RCD, 1 x 16a MCB and 1 x 6a MCB (please note there is not always a spare way in the fuse board as in the images, it depends on supply availability) 

1 x Coil of 2.5mm arctic flex 5 meters long to be used on the sockets 

1 x Coil of orange flex 1.5 meters long to be used on the hook up point

1 x 1 meter 2.5mm chassis bonding cable with a lug pre crimped on the end and a m6 bolt and nut 

1 x Surface 16a socket or recessed panel mounted socket (please let us know when ordering)

1 x Double socket and strong surface back box

1 x single socket and strong surface back box 

1 x A hand full of cable clips

20 x Cable tie bases and cable ties 

1 x 10m of 12v 2 core cable 

4 x  LED downlights 

1 x Camper switch control panel with 5 12v switches, description labels, volt meter, USB charger and auxiliary 12v socket 

1 x 30a Split charge wiring kit with wiring instructions

2 x Leisure battery terminals 

1 x 12v Cable pack with leisure battery chassis ground lead

1 x 12v 4A smart leisure battery charger 

1 x 10m 16A hook up lead with PAT test label (this can be made with a 13a plug on rather than a 16a commando if requested)

1 x Roll of electrical tape 

1 x A selection of cable crimps and connectors that will be needed to install this in your van build

When buying this kit we offer full after sales advice, we understand that not everyone is an electrician, we have installed these in hundreds of vans so will have come across the queries you may have and will be able to help. We can send advice videos and pictures to assist you as well.
