The drum mixer consists of 13 parts: mixing mechanism, feeding mechanism,

water supply system, chassis and electricity.

The drum type mixing mechanism is composed of mixing drum, supporting wheel

and transmission system.

The mixing drum is the working part of the drum mixer.

The mixing drum is biconical. There are two pairs of high and

low pieces welded in the drum. They are arranged in a cross way and

form an included angle with the axis of the mixing drum.

When the mixing drum rotates, the blades not only lift and fall the materials,

but also make the materials move back in the axial direction.

Therefore, the mixing movement is relatively strong,

and the homogeneous concrete can be achieved in 35-45 seconds.

A pair of discharge blades are welded inside the discharge cone of

the mixing drum to change the rotation direction of the mixing drum,

that is, the concrete is pushed from the bottom blade to the discharge blade and

discharged out of the drum.

The mixing drum is supported by four supporting rotors,

and the motor drives the gear ring through the reducer to rotate the mixing drum,

so it still works reliably in foggy and rainy weather.

In the transmission system, the reducer is a two-stage helix gear reducer,

the transmission ratio is 6.04248, the speed ratio of V-belt pulley is 2.3912,

the speed ratio of mixing drum ring gear is 7.1111,

and the total transmission ratio is 102.7467.

The forward and reverse rotation of the shaking cylinder is realized by the motor commutation.

1. Motor power: the motor power is 0.5HP,

which is the standard rated power of this kind of small concrete mixer

(after strict test, the power is enough);

The motor itself has overload protection,

please remove the above reasons before use,

there will be no shutdown phenomenon

2. The rated discharge is two-thirds of the total volume of the drum;

Taking 140L as an example, the rated discharge is 94l (45 ° barrel inclination),

which is about 200kg according to the concrete density (2.3 ~ 2.5kg / L);

If more concrete needs to be mixed, it can be mixed several times in batches.

3. According to the proportion and quantity of concrete,

the mixing time is about 10 minutes,

and the speed of mixing bucket is 27 ~ 29 revolutions per minute.

4. The black mixing blade in the bucket, and the mixing frame is I-shaped,

which is welded by 3 pieces of steel.

The water supply system is composed of a motor, a water pump,

a regulating valve and a pipeline. After the motor is powered on,

the water pump can directly inject water into the mixing drum,

and the water flow is adjusted through the regulating valve

(the flow has been adjusted properly when leaving the factory).

The amount of water required for mixing is realized by directly controlling

the running time of the pump motor through the time relay in the electric box.

The user can select the required time according to the given time flow diagram,

and check or modify the diagram regularly.

When supplying water, press a button on the left to start the water pump.

When the time is up, the water supply circuit will be cut off automatically.

After the rotary button on the right rotates,

press the button on the left to continuously supply water,

push the flushing pipe and connect the water pipe to flush the mixer.

Pull out the flushing pipe, and the mixer returns to normal water supply.
