230v 240v 12v PRE WIRED Electric Hook Up Kit For Self Build Campervan Conversion
This kit is pre wired and tested by a qualified electrician in our workshop in Kent. This kit is pre wired with every single cable labeled with exactly what it is needed to be connected to and how to connect it. This is a bespoke kit and can be adapted to suit your van size and the items you are installing in the van. We can supply the lights or you can buy your own.
We also have other pre wired kits available in our shop.
This kit includes printed installation instructions in A3 size so you can work through and cross off each item as you go ensuring you don't get in a muddle.
This kit includes the following 230v items
1 x Fuseboard with a 30mA RCD, 1 x 16a MCB and a 6a MCB powering the leisure battery charger (please note there is not always a spare way in the fuse board as in the images, it depends on supply availability)
1 x 1 meter 2.5mm chassis bonding cable with a lug pre crimped on the end and a m6 bolt and nut to be bolted to the chassis of your build
1 x Surface 16a hookup socket and waterproof cap with 1.5 meters of cable
1 x Double black nickel socket and recess back box with 3 meters of cable
1 x Intelligent leisure battery charger suitable for all battery types to charge your battery when hooked up
This kit includes the following 12v items
1 x Camper switch control panel with 5 x 12v switches, volt meter, USB charger and auxiliary 12v socket
1 x 110AH Leisure battery compatible with our kit
1 x 3meters of lighting cables already connected and labels telling you how to connect to your lights
1 x 3meters of cable for a water pump with the ends labeled
1 x 3meters of cable for a fridge with the ends labeled
1 x pre wired split charge kit with 4meters of cable from the main vehicle battery and 2 meters from the split charge controller to the leisure battery. All cables are labeled up so you know exactly where to connect them.
1 x Battery ground/chassis cable
1 x bag of cable connectors bespoke to your build
20 x Cable tie bases and cable ties
1 x Roll of insulating tape
When buying this kit we offer full after sales advice, we understand that not everyone is an electrician and that is why you are buying this kit, we have installed these in hundreds of vans so will have come across the queries you may have and will be able to help. We can send advice videos and pictures to assist you as well.
