The adapter is similar to the distance between the camera and the lens optimally so that the "infinity Focusing" is still guaranteed.

It must be noted that the focus and aperture must be set manually on the lens. 

The shutter speed is automatically selected in the aperture priority mode. 

There is no electronic element in the adapter, aperture, and focusing must be manually controlled.

Please note it may be necessary to select the 'Shoot Without Lens' setting on your camera in order to use the adapter with your lens of choice.
