Shipping: 

1. We send all order through letter with tracking option. Once tracking shows that It has delivered, then we are not responsible for any refund or reshipment of product. You have to communicate with Australia Post in this regard.

2. If you found that shipment is damaged, please return to us and we will send you a correct one.

3. If we received our parcel back due to non-collection of client then client have to pay the postage again for reship the order. Otherwise we are happy to offer a refund with deduction of postage and admin charges.  

Refund: Once we will receive our product, after inspection your full refund will be issue excluding postage charges. If you used few product out from the pack then amount will be deducted according to the number of product use. If we received poorly pack product with damage then we will issue a refund as per the product resaleable condition.
