Flat with moderate creasing and a tear on upper right of cover.  Cover and centerfold are tight.  Interior pages are cream with no tears or creases.

Obvious flaws have been described; otherwise each book's condition falls within the acceptable range of the stated grades.  Bagged & boarded.
