This listing is for one vinyl decal that is approx. 4.25" tall by 6.5" wide.  The decal is plotter cut from Oracal® 651 vinyl with a six year life.  This is ideal for outdoor applications, most popular being automotive windows.  It can be removed easily, but it is not reusable. 

The decal comes in 3 layers: backing sheet, vinyl (actual decal), and carrier sheet.  Application is a very easy process:

1.  Simply clean area where decal is to be applied, preferably with a lint free cloth and rubbing alcohol. 
2.  Line decal up where you want to apply it and hold it in place with a small piece of tape along the top edge.  This gives you an opportunity to take a step back and ensure decal is straight or as crooked as you would like it to be. 
3. Once you are happy with its location, flip the decal up and carefully peel away the backing sheet. 
4. Holding the carrier sheet with decal up, start working the decal down using an old gift card or something similar to squeegee out air bubbles as you go. 
5. Once you have the decal completely on the surface, but before you remove the carrier sheet, take the gift card and smooth out remaining bubbles in the decal. 
6. Work any air bubbles out from the center to outside edges.  Once you are satisfied, remove the carrier sheet leaving the decal in its final location. 
7. If you have any left over stubborn air bubbles, use a pin to poke a tiny hole and work the air bubble out.  Don't worry this pin hole will disappear. 
8. Avoid squeegeeing the decal, as a whole, at this point as that could result in the edges lifting or curling.
