Card Details:

All my cards have been designed by myself. I take pride in my designs. Any personalisation at the buyers choice.

This card is printed on premium 290gsm white card and is supplied complete with an envelope. The inside can be left blank for you to add your own message for that extra personal touch or you can leave a note in the checkout message to add any text.

Card dimensions are: 13.5cm x 13.5cm

Every card will be beautifully presented in a clear cellophane bag and sent in a hard backed do not bend envelope for extra safety.

Personalisation Details:

When you place your order please supply your personalisation details in the 'Message to Seller' box at checkout (please remember to click "Add" after entering your message). Alternatively, you can drop us a message us via eBay.

Please ensure that all of your personalisation details entered are correct before submitting them to us as we cannot be accountable for your error.

3 P's in a pod is a 3 generation company with myself, my mum and son all designing and contributing to my designs, as a professional and qualified graphic designer I am passionate about my work and each design is made with love from me to you.

Shipping

All cards are sent via Royal Mail 1st class delivery. Orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Orders ordered by 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched same day. Orders placed after 1pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

I will make sure they are securely packed in a do not bed hardbacked envelope to best avoid any damage on the way to you. Royal Mail usually deliver First Class post within 1 to 3 working days but please be mindful that at busy times it can take a bit longer. First Class post is no guarantee it will arrive within that timescale. Due to this I advise you purchase your card in good time to allow for delivery (a week is an appropriate timescale)

Returns

Unfortunately, due to the item being personalised I cannot offer returns or refund on any personalised cards.

If I've made an error with your order then I will do my very best to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.
