This is a second edition in very good condition.  It was published by The Folio Society in 1971.  This book has lithographs by Margaret Wetherbee.

Condition:

Book - Very Good - minor rubbing/bumping/wear to the corners and edges, a lean and some fading/discolouration to the spine, v.slight marking and discolouration to the covers, opens easily to a few pages, v.v.slight marking to the page edges and soft even tanning to the pages.

Slip Case - Very Good - rubbing/bumping/wear to the corners, edges and covers and slight marking, fading and discolouration.
