Manufactured by Germanow-Simon (G-S) Machine Co in Rochester, NY USA for Hamilton Watch Company in Lancaster, PA.
Each order includes 3 crystals each in their own separate and unopened G-S paper envelope. All 3 are sealed in clear plastic from the manufacturer.

Hamilton offered the plastic crystal to the customer as an alternative to the glass model, which frequently became broken often requiring extensive repairs to the watch.
