WHAT can be returned?
Not all items are subject to our standard returns policy. Items that are special order are subject to a return policy outline between JDM Mods NQ and the customer at time of purchase.
Once a product has been test fitted, installed or used it can no longer be returned.
Special order items from overseas or special order will be accepted for return but a 20% restocking fee will be applied
- JDM Mods NQ Returns Policy:
- Returns for this product are accepted only due to the product being faulty from a manufacturing issue and will not be accepted for any other reason.
- All returns will be less the original or "Free Freight" cost of the original shipping. Any returns other than a faulty product will also incur a 10% restocking fee.
The return period for any of the above is 30 days only. All returned products must be returned in a re-sellable condition and will be thoroughly
inspected before any sort of refund is issued. Items not meeting this standard will be returned at the BUYERS expense.

Please note the free shipping of 3-6 business days, I am located in Townsville North QLD, it takes 3 days to Brisbane, 3-6 to NSW, ACT & VIC, 6-10 TAS & SA and 10-14 WA & NT for free freight! Please be aware of that when taking the free freight option which is just standard slow freight.
Express freight is not available for turbos or large bulky items.
International freight is also available in Standard and Express which is calculated by eBay.
