"Killing Machine" is the fifth studio album by Judas Priest, released in November 1978. The album was Judas Priest's first attempt at a "different" sound while the band members adopted their now-famous "leather-and-studs" style.
"Killing Machine" was retitled "Hell Bent for Leather" for US release as Columbia/CBS did not like the original album title. Additionally, the track "The Green Manalishi (With the Two-Pronged Crown)", an early Fleetwood Mac cover, was added and is not on the UK release.
Pristine Columbia red labels with no spindle marks or blemishes.
Record Grading: (EX)
Record surface is pristine, bright and glossy and appears unplayed with faint sleeve marks...plays with little to no surface or background noise and occasional light crackle during quiet sections.
Sleeve Grading: (VG+)
Sleeve cover is bright and glossy with light corner and edge and faint ring wear, light thumb creases and small abrasion mid opening.
