Bactericidal lamp VRM-1 refers to ultraviolet mercury-quartz electrodeless baseless lamps. It is a glass sealed flask with mercury balls inside. Thanks to its design, the VRM-1 lamp does not generate ozone during operation.
The lamp is used in UV devices such as BOP-01/27 (BOP-4), OKUF-5 and OUFnu (UGN-1) for irradiation of mucous membranes and skin for therapeutic effects.
