We are calling this USED, but not sure if it was. The Filters are still clean. But there are some scratches on the Vacuum and on the Floor Brush Attachment. Also, it looks like the Crevice Tool (Part #6 in Manual) and the Carry Strap (Part # 9 in Manual) are Missing. Other than that, everything is in EXCELLENT CONDITION in both Function and Appearance. The Outer Box is damaged, so it will be over-boxed for shipping.
