Card of the Day uses a third-party to analyze, price, and oftentimes clean our cards before we list & sell. Additionally, we takes dozens of pictures of each card listed on eBay, which we then store on both a local hard drive & "the cloud". All perfections and imperfections are notated before we post, so our team can easily reference if/when needed. This allows us to verify the card that was returned is the card that was sold and shipped.
*IF your Card of the Day sports trading card purchase receives a grade of < 8 and you decide to return, we will refund all eBay & grading fees (up to $100 for grading fees). Simply include your receipts with the return and once validated by eBay/grading company, your funds will be credited within 48 hours (please send PM for additional details).
Card of the Day's LIFETIME GUARANTEE applies to the following grading companies:

Proof of purchase from one of the above grading companies must be provided within 48 hours of request. Lifetime guarantee only applies to "HITS" in Card of the Day Team Collections.*

Cards are shipped BMWT (bubble mailer with tracking) with an added layer of bubble-wrap in special bubble baggies. Cards are then protected by recycled cardboard before going in the BM. Most orders are insured for added quality, protection & security.
Most orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package with tracking provided almost immediately after payment is cleared by eBay.
