Welcome to our listing for the adorable Festive Witches Hat.
Hand crafted upon a felt witches hat, with a golden yellow ribbon, the hat features a poinsettia flower, holly and mistletoe, each handmade from polymer clay and painted by ourselves. This cute hat can be used as either a decoration or as a bottle topper.
The hat measures approximately 8cm in height.
As our Polymer Clay items are made by our own fair hands we are able to customise each piece to fit your requirements. If you would like a different colour or alterations made to the design we are happy to do this, free of charge. Simply drop us a message, prior to purchase, to discuss your design and confirm time scales.
Payment
Please make payment within 3 days; if you are having difficulties making payment please contact us, otherwise we will cancel the order once the 3 days has passed.
Shipping
Your item will be sent via Royal Mail Small Parcels and will arrived padded for protection.
Your item will be dispatched within 5 working days of cleared payment, however should you require the item to be posted sooner, please contact us before placing your order to check if this can be arranged. Please note that for larger orders and elaborate or more unique pieces postage may be upgraded at our discretion from standard to signed for free of charge.
Terms
Please contact us within 30 days of receipt, for details on how to arrange returns, including return address..
Unless faulty, buyers are responsible for covering the cost of returns, and are encouraged to send via a traceable method as we can not be held responsible for returns lost in the post.
Items should be returned unused and in the same condition as dispatched. Once received a refund of the items cost will be processed within 3 to 5 working days. Unless faulty, refunds will not include any initial P&P charges.
Please be aware that returns from overseas may take between one and four weeks to be received.
All purchases are for personal use only; consent is not given for our work to be reproduced, or resold commercially, nor for 'Drop Shipping' sales - any orders we believe are placed for such purposes will be cancelled.
