Postage and Packing UK 

I use Royal Mail for most of my parcels/letters and will dispatch them as soon as possible but at latest in 2 working days. 

I offer several options for postage ranging from Standard Royal Mail to Tracked Royal Mail Services.  

I also offer free postage for orders of £20 or over. 

Larger or heavier items will be sent using a standard courier service. There is an option at an additional cost to purchase a next day delivery. 

Combined Postage 

I do combine postage and will do this should you buy more than one item from me. If I can make a saving on postage then I will refund you through eBay. 

Returns 

I do accept returns within 30 days. Can you please ensure that the item is returned undamaged in its original packaging? I always try to offer a full refund but if there is damage to the item or packaging is missing then I may need to reduce the refund. 

If the item is faulty, damaged or not as listed then I will pay for the postage. If it is because you change your mind or do not like the item, then I will ask you please to pay the postage for the return.
