This listing is for a fun budget deck for the casual commander player.  Use your commander to slow down your opponents and play powerful spells at a discount!  Below is a complete decklist broken down by card function so you can get a closer look.  

This is NOT an official Wizards of the Coast preconstructed deck (I designed this budget deck myself.)  Most of the cards will be Near Mint (NM) but some may be Slightly played or Moderately played.  Ships in 1 business day so you'll get it fast.  You will receive 1 complete 100 card commander deck containing the following cards (unsleeved and no deck box)  Message me with any questions or concerns.

Designer Notes:  Grand Arbiter Augustin helps by slowing down your opponents and giving deep discounts on your own spells.  Spells that are both blue and white cost 2 generic mana less to play, so you can get massive discounts on expensive cards cards like Dream Trawler or Isperia.  One of the themes of the deck are flying creatures.  You'll swing for huge damage with creatures like Kangee, Sky Warden and achieve excellent card selection with creatures like Siani, Eye of the Storm.  There are a few extra cards that will slow down and "tax" your opponents like Windborn Muse, but the deck is not built around that.  Grand Arbiter is an infamous commander because people really don't like effects that make their spells more expensive.  This often makes it difficult to keep him in play because your opponents will focus their removal spells on him.  Creatures like Esior, Wardwing Familiar and Linvala, Shield of Sea Gate help protect him, but it's also not a bad idea to use counterspells like Negate for that as well.
