The hole to hole measurements to the total width of the handle are:
- 64mm hole to hole = 104mm total length
- 96mm hole to hole = 136mm total length
- 128mm hole to hole = 168mm total length
- 160mm hole to hole = 230mm total length
- 192mm hole to hole = 232mm total length
