Unless otherwise noted, all items are of Japan NTSC/J format.

Please check there are no compatibility issues before bidding/buying: voltage, plug type, video standard, region, language, import restrictions etc.

Returns:

We do not accept returns for problems related to compatibility issues.

No returns are accepted for sealed items.

In other cases, we accept return items up to 30 days after the item has been delivered.

However, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

International Buyers - Please Note: 

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Shipping during pandemic:

Before bidding, please confirm in the following chart that SAL or Air shipping is available to your country.

If neither Air nor SAL are available, there won't be other way but to ship with surface mail, which can take up to a few months.

Keep in mind that if no shipping method is available, order will be cancelled.
