Nightmare Before Christmas Monopoly Collector's Edition USAopoly Parts!!.

Please examine the photos closely as this is exactly what is being sold. By all appearances this is a near complete set of parts. The board and box were ruined so this is just for the parts you see. There is one missing token which is “Teddy.” The rest of it appears to be in place including the properties and the draw cards. The cash is stacked the way I believe it should be without counting it and it is unbent and free of odors and stains. For all intents and purposes it is in like new condition. I did count a total of 31 houses and 12 hotels. I am also including the original instructions as you can see. I might be willing to break up the set so please feel free to contact me with any questions. I am quick to respond.
