Finally- an electric headlight & wiper door conversion using a complete new design.
Not just another copycat
Why use 20+year old technology when modernizing your car?
Spray painted motors from a Junkyard? Really?
An actuator that is over a foot long- and takes a half day to open?
Cut up the firewall/Headlight assembly for them to "work"
Not with my kit!!!
-Brand new AC Delco motor - used on millions of Crossover/SUVs for the rear wiper. These are small - heavy duty- very efficient and no electrical internal parts to fail.
-Super smooth operation-and at the right speed- Watch the YouTube Videos below
-Two nuts for the bracket- the linkage does not need to be taken apart- screws right into OEM coupler. Adjust the linkage and that's all that is required- for the headlights AND wiper door!!!
-Plug and play electrically-no wires to run to the headlight/wiper switch-no disassembly of the dash- running wires to the interior-simply plug in at the low beam headlight & wiper motor- no external electronics/modules- connect power & ground- DONE!!!
-Absolutely no modification required - No cutting up the headlight assembly or to the firewall/actuator assembly. Only simple hand tools required for installation - The 68 does require adding a bracket for the wiper door (like the 69-72)
-Motors tucks underneath the front and toward the front fender of the car so there is no interference- No external electronics- uses standard Bosch relays. Works with the fiberoptics on the 68-71.
-Works correctly- just like the factory-
Turn on the headlights- they go up- turn them off- they go down
Turn on the wipers- the door goes up- turn off the wipers- it goes down.
-To service - clean or in case of an emergency -you can manually open the headlight or wiper door by removing the heim joint ( see video)- nothing to unbolt
-Motors - Brackets - wires - harness all made in the USA- and it's all assembled by me in the USA!!!
-Others claim to be the easiest to install- these truly are.
-Headlights work on ALL years- has the correct headlight plug to utilize the fiberoptics
Wipers work on 68-72 years- NonAC/Vintage Air/Big - small blocks- LS swaps
UNFORTUNATELY will not work with FACTORY AIR cars
68's require a bracket used on 69-72 cars ($10-15)
-AC Delco motors-Brand new- with a powdercoated gloss black cover
-Brackets are 3/16“ thick one piece 5052 Aluminum powdercoated gloss black
-Stainless Steel hardware -Billet 6060 Aluminum arms
-Bosch Relays and Hella sockets - Delphi Waterproof Fuse Holder
-Waterproof roller switch mounted on a Stainless steel bracket
-USA made copper wire- "SXL"designed for underhood use to 250ºF
-Tubing covered -no split loom -electrical tape or connectors
- Pin removal tool for Packard 56 connectors (wiper)
