Released via the official Japan Square Enix Store. It is also known as "Final Fantasy VII Vinyls". Packaged in a clear PVC sleeve with card insert & Square Enix Members point card.
Limited Edition, individually numbered.

The vinyl records are brand new, have never been played, nor have they ever been opened from their packaging. These are 100% genuine and authentic.
I purchased these directly from the Japan Square Enix webstore in 2013, after receiving the records, I immediately stored them in a dark, temperature controlled environment.
I have marked the records as Mint condition because they have never been opened and are still sealed. There is bubbling in the plastic sleeve, but this is a common occurrence with this item. Many if not all will have experienced this issue. The bubbling only affects the plastic sleeve. If you feel that the grade is marked too highly, please understand that this has not been professionally graded and is done by an amateur. Your professional discretion is vital in making a judgement, please do not purchase this item if there is worry or anxiousness about the quality and condition.
The serial numbers for these items are 1201, 1202, 1203, 1204, and 1205. Please note that this limited edition production is estimated to be a total of 2000 copies worldwide. If you have read online that the copies are limited to only 1200, that is because it was only limited to 1200 in EMEA territories. Japan never stated the limited quantity of the items. Square Enix Japan stated that their run would be determined by the number of preorders received. These limited edition vinyl records were only distributed in Japan and EMEA territories based on my knowledge and understanding.
Although their marketing website is down for this item, if you refer to the archive of the website from October 2013,(https://web.archive.org/web/20131017053932/https://store.jp.square-enix.com/detail/SQEX-10418-9) the production of the items were based on preorders. In total, it is estimated to be 2000 limited edition copies globally.
The records will be sold from the lowest serial number to the highest serial number based on the time of the purchase. It will be based on a first come, first served basis. Serial Number 1201 has been sold. Serial Number 1202, 1203, 1204, and 1205 are still available.
The Vinyl Stand in the picture is not included. Only used for demonstration purposes.
