Serving size

Suggested serving size 2 capsules 

To be taken in the morning with a glass of water. 

If using for the 1st time we recommend starting of with 1 capsule per day for the 1st week then upping to two capsules. You may experience an increase in wind for the first few days this is normal and should subside after taking for 5-7 days.

Storage 

Always expel as much air as possible and reseal the pack immediately after use to avoid spoiling. Keep in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of young children.
