Balfour Duo 3000 - 12v & Mains Dual Energiser

The Balfour Duo series of electric fence energisers can be powered using either MAINS power OR a 12V BATTERY. 

This is the Balfour Duo 3000 which has 2.0 OUTPUT Joules and will power up to 15km of fence line at around 6,100v, or up to 200m of electric poultry netting.

This energiser comes with leads to attach to a 12v rechargeable leisure battery (not included) and with a mains adapter. The leads are plugged into a slot in the energiser and locked in place with a locking nut for a secure connection. 

There's an ON/OFF switch, an LED showing the energiser is ON and a low battery warning light. 

The mounting holes on the back of the casing can be slid on to an angled earth stake when using in the field, or it can be hung on a nail on the fence. Comes with leads to connect to earth and fence and an earth stake that this can be mounted on is included with this package. 

Please note: when run on 240v, as with all mains energisers, this unit must be housed indoors - it can be mounted on a wall near a mains socket. Ideally use insulated power lead out cable to connect the terminals on the energiser to the fence and earth stake outside.

Fantastic value dual power fencer - ideal if you want a mobile battery energiser for part of the year with the option to run from the mains if available.
