If a return is necessary please follow these steps exactly!

• Remove your Gmail or iCloud account. This must be done BEFORE the device is factory reset.  After the accounts are removed, factory reset the device. If you do not do it in that order, we will need your Gmail or iCloud email and password to unlock the device.  If your device is returned with a user account lock, or security pin, we will not be able to offer a full refund until that information is provided. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this process!
• Be sure to pack the device securely with the original accessories and OEM box, if applicable.  We suggest you utilize the same shipping container your device was originally shipped in. Always use sufficient padding!

Once a refund is issued, the funds will be processed by PayPal and automatically go back to the original funding source (i.e. your credit or debit card, or bank account, etc.).  Refunds will post to your account within 1-3 business days from the date that they are processed.
