Import, Duties, and Tax Policy

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL IMPORT/CUSTOMS/LOCAL TAX FEES THAT MAY BE INCURRED UPON RECEIPT YOUR PACKAGE.

International orders are subject to country’s import fees, duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees. These bills are charged by your home government according to the established regulation and charged by your local postal carrier. Payments are usually due upon receipt, accordance to your local import and postal regulation.

ATTENTION TO BUYER FROM BRAZIL & AUSTRALIA: You need to input tax number upon the checkout to avoid any delay in custom clearance.

NOTE FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING ONLY: For several areas in certain countries that are included in DHL remote areas, we will charge more for that according to DHL regulations (please see the list of DHL remote areas in your country).

Shipping

International Orders are shipped via DHL Ecommerce (DHL Global Mail) and USPS. This offers tracking and approximately 14-25 days in transit.

Express shipment service available is also available via DHL Express. Please email or message us if you want to upgrade your shipping method.

Please note:

•       Some item may delay if held by customs for additional inspection

•       Delivery time depends on the product and the distance to its destination

•       Order will be processed after we receive the payment, and we will process it in 10-14 business days (Jakarta’s Timezone).

•       Your address must include a contact phone number. This is very important since shipping companies require it. Any shipping address without a valid phone number will lead to shipment.

•       We will try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in good quality.

There will be a longer delivery time frame for your order. It may take approximately 30-35 business days due to multiple transit times.
