All measurements and weights are taken not only with digital devices but standard tools / devices, they are checked 3 times on each device. These devices are well maintained for accuracy. However, we still claim measurements and weights to be approximate as your personal device may vary from ours. We will NOT accept returns for minor weight and measurement differences between your calculations and our own. With the exception being clothing that does not fit the buyer.
Gems are put under 60x magnification to visually check for inclusions. Various authenticity tests are preformed (including but not limited to: chemical, magnetic, hardness, weight and heat tests). We use the standard jeweler grading charts. However, returns will not be accepted for slight opinion differences in clarity. Especially if this clarity is being checked only by buyers plain eyesight. Of course, returns are always approved for any major difference in clarity via an obvious mistake in our listing.
