There is no date but does show INDIAN TERRY. and PORTO RICO. Does have some discoloration in areas and ripped paper in Oregon and Pacific Ocean. Paper is also missing in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. See photos and use magnifier. It is wrapped in plastic to hold it together. There is a small piece of either wood or paper inside plastic near the top corner of Washington state. Measures approximately 14” x 9 3/4”.
