MEASURING FOR DOG CLOTHES
There are three key measurements you'll need to take in to account when sizing dog clothes:
The Body Length
Measure from the base of your pet’s head (where the collar normally sits) along the backbone to the base of the tail (the point where the tail begins).
The Chest Measurement
Using a tape measure or string, measure the chest at its broadest point, (this is usually directly behind the front legs.)
The Neck Circumference
Measure the circumference of your pet’s neck as you would for a collar. Ensure that this is not tight, (you should be able to get two fingers behind the measuring tape
CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE
With every pet being different with a unique body shape, it is important to ensure that new pet clothes fit properly. Check that you can fit two fingers under the neck, that the chest is not too tight or restrictive, and that the garment is not too long near the tail as it will get dirty when they sit down.
Please do check the size chart (see photos) carefully before making payment. To make your pet feel comfortable, it is recommended that you buy one size larger

We offer Free Standard Shipping for all UK buy it now orders and aim to dispatch same day (Mon-Fri) via Royal Mail 2nd Class (Royal Mail 48) delivery on all orders placed before 1 pm.
The estimated delivery timescale for Royal Mail 2nd Class (Royal Mail 48) is between 2-5 working days but we do also offer an express Next Day Delivery option which can be selected for applicable items during Checkout.
For International Orders we also usually use Royal Mail's Standard International service, depending on the size and weight of the item, with an estimated delivery timescale of 3-10 working days. An Express International option can also usually be made available upon request.
Please note the vast majority of deliveries fall within the estimated timescales above but unfortunately there can occasionally be delays within the postal service outside of our control so please allow up to 7 working days for standard UK deliveries and 15 working days for International items before getting in touch.
We only accept PayPal. All major debit and credit cards are accepted via PayPal.
We offer a 30 Day Returns Policy on all of our fixed price Buy it Now items so if you are unhappy with your item or change your mind you can return it to us providing the item and its packaging are in original, unused and unregistered, condition fit for resale.
All returns must be returned carriage paid and the purchase price will be refunded in the same method as original payment was made.
In the unlikely event there is a problem with your purchase once you've received it please make sure to get in touch within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve the situation for you.
