Vintage shinsei racing products automatic AC quick charger for 7.2 v/ 9.6 v Ni cad batteries.  Item is used, tested and working condition.  Has some small signs of wear and tear from age and storage.  Cables are not exposed anywhere.. See pics for details. Item comes from a smoke/pet free home.
