Ok ok so technically these arent your regular dumbbells. What these are is the handles/grips from the Bowflex 1090 adjustable dumbbells. A customer had purchased these for physical therapy reasons so I thought I would list them as such and maybe someone could find some use for them. Each one of them is 1lb 3 oz and there is two included in this sale. The total length is 5.5 inches and the actual grip part is 4 inches. The circumference of the grip is about 4.5 inches. They are made of metal so easy to clean and they are hollow inside. They are all either new or in like new condition from a complete 1090 dumbbell set.
