Large format funeral memorial cabinet card. Flower display reads "Mother" and a banner at the bottom reads "At Rest". Unsure of the age, but these were popular in the 1800s. These items were typically provided at funerals as remembrances for bereaved friends and family. 

There might be a name on the left side, but I can't tell.
