These hand controllers are not boxed since they have been taken from a set. Each one istested before being posted. One has a blue trigger and the other a red trigger, as pictured. They are for analogue use only. They have the latest rectangular shaped plug on the end which connects to your power base, so they will not fit the earlier type power bases which had a Jack Plug type connector.
One of the benefits of these hand controllers is that they have an adjustable maximum speed setting on the side, which is really advantageous for novices, since the cars will not go so quickly with the speed restrictor set. Once a new user gets used to racing, then the speed restrictor can simply be switched off using a small flat screwdriver in the switch on the side of the hand controller, as shown in the photos.
Even if you don't need a replacement Hand Throttle now, it is is very useful to have a couple of spares.
