This item shows wear including scratches to the frame and glass, wear to the backing, and a crease found to the poster near the bottom right corner; there is an unoriginal sticker found on the right side of the frame.  This item has been signed by Matthew Sweet and Susanna Hoffs and dated 2009. This item measures approximately 11.25” x .5” x 17.25” at its largest dimensions.  Please see pictures for more details.
