 All items are shipped from UK warehouse. 

We are using the third party company for delivery, so the delivery time not guaranteed. If you urgently need this item for a special occasion or event, please make sure to choose related delivery service at checkout.

This is for Mainland UK orders only, they are sent via 2nd class standard delivery. Other destinations of UK or International orders, please feel free to send us an eBay message to find out  the details of the extra shipment costs.

Return

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We hope you love everything you buy from us, however if unfortunately this is not the case, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 Days of receipt.

 Returned goods will be refunded less the shipping costs provided it is in sale able condition with all tag intact. Alternatively, we will exchange the item. All postage costs associated with returning/exchange any items are the responsibility of the customer. For unwanted items, you may send the item back at your own cost and we will refund you less our sending out carriage costs. Item is carefully examined and packed before shipping. Faulty, damaged or missing item, please contact us in writing within 30 days . In order to help us examine and resolve the problem, please kindly provide us a picture of the damaged product.

 We will consider a transaction completed if the item is delivered to the given address. Charge will occur if you change your address once an order has been dispatched, please contact us for more details. After 30 Days, we assume that you are satisfactory with the purchase, no claims will be accepted.
