This is a teacup and saucer set from Del Coronado NAPSCO Japan, decorated in black with a hand painted orchid with raised gold lines outlining the green leaves and the pink flower. It's a uniquely shaped three footed cup with pearl lusterware and a scrollwork band on the outside of the teacup.  The saucer has a gentle scalloped edge.  The teacup measures 3.75" wide not including the handle and just over 2 3/8" high.  The saucer measures 5 5/8" in diameter.  It is in good vintage condition for its age, no chips or cracks, some minor wear, mainly to the outside gold trim
