This is  an original Right Front 3.8S or 420 seat bottom  cushion that is original, never taken apart. It needs new leather, which is available as a kit; but you are far better off starting with an original seat than one upholstered in miracle Naugahyde in 1980 by a   hotrodder.It is  from a Jaguar 3.4S, 3.8S or 420. 30 years ago I broke up the car and stored this in my warehouse. ..
