very poor condition leather binding as you can see in the photos. covers are detached.  nice bookplate from original owner inside front cover.  4 pages with horse prints in front also detached from binding.  writing on blank page. .  corner of first 150 pages or so  have stains on corners.,  a few other small spots here or there.   yellowing, age toning.  portrait of Pussy winner of the oaks at Epsom 1834 is detached and tattered. otherwise pages bound well. 336 pages.  . great reading, reference, . decorating. book would look great on your home/office/library shelf.
