I took this out of an old RV mobile home or a camper trailer. It is not new but the camper was in the scrap yard and so considering where it was it appears to be in decent condition. I don't see any cracks in the plastic. I'm not sure how well the spindles turn for the dispensing of the paper toweling. If you look like they might turn well enough but I have not used it. Please use the pictures to help determine the condition of this item. I am selling this item as is.
