Pfaltzgraff Winterberry  Candy Bowl 7in x 2.25in  Merry Everything! 

This is a new bowl with tags but no box or papers.  It can be used all season long!  Even from late fall to early spring without really looking like Christmas. It is listed as a candy bowl, but it could have many other uses, vegetables, soup  or just about anything else you'd use a bowl for.

I am not responsible for the Postal Service losing a package.
I ship USPS to the lower 48 states only.  I pack with great care.

Shipping charges are calculated by location.  I do now wish to make money on shipping, but I don't want to loose money either!  

Refunds are only accepted if I have grossly misrepresented my items.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Refunds are issued only after I have received the item shipped back to me in the same condition it was in when I originally shipped the item to the buyer. 

Unfortunately more and more bidders are deciding NOT to pay for an item once they bid on and win it. I have a zero tolerance for this kind of activity on eBay and it will result in a non-paying bidder case being opened with eBay. Due to this rapidly growing problem payment is now due within 3 days of an auction ending. 

I hope all of the honest bidders out there can understand and please realize that these changes aren’t caused by you. Thanks to all of you eBay bidders who pay quickly, communicate, and make buying & selling a pleasure on eBay. You are sincerely appreciated.
