This sale is for a Series 1 Bowflex 552 dumbbell replacement weight/plate. This is the #4 weight/plate and has a weight of about 7.7 lbs. It has normal wear but no damage and fully functional. The tab is fully in tact.

This plate will NOT work with the Bowflex SelectTech 552 series 2. The difference between the two is the series 1 have a gray tab and the series 2 have a red tab.
