We are unsure of this items exact age or country of origin; we believe this item to be Chinese in origin.  This item shows wear including scratches, the head of the lower figure is missing, missing finish, small nicks found, crazing found, and signs of age.  This item measures approximately 4.5” x 4” x 12.5” at its largest dimensions.  Please see pictures for more details.
